MIC-102

Description

Made in the US, out of premium “high test” polycarbonate, this Modular Incubator Chamber Lid has been computer designed to promote rapid gas exchange, allowing for the creation of a non-fluctuating low pO2 or other specialized environments. The optically clear lid allows visual inspection of cultures without having to open the incubator and breaking the incubator’s airtight seal.

Description

The base has two ports which works with 5/16″ tubing. MIC-103 will also ship with an O-ring and 2 white clamps with tubing (not pictured here).

MIC-104

Description

This tray is compatible with both the standard Modular Incubator Chamber as well as the Hot Box System. Three trays can be stacked in each Modular Incubator Chamber.

MIC-105N

Description

Made in the US, out of premium glass-fiber reinforced polycarbonate, this Modular Incubator Chamber Clamp has been custom designed to ensure a precise air-tight seal every time. The chamber base and lid are forced together by the retaining clamp. As torque is applied to the adjustable bolt of the clamp handle, an inward radial force is created in the retaining clamp. This force compresses the O-ring and forms the seal. The clamp has been pre-adjusted to provide a reliable, air-tight seal. If the clamp needs to be adjusted, loosen the nut on the handle with a 3/8” open end box wrench and to tighten, turn the bolt clockwise.

MIC-106

Description

Made in the US, out of a custom-formulated silicone elastomer, this Modular Incubator Chamber O-ring is custom designed to ensure a precise air-tight seal every time. Seated in a groove between the base and the lid, the elastic O-Ring provides an air-tight seal when pressure from the retaining clamp is applied. Do not apply silicone grease, gels, or liquids to the O-Ring as these may cause the O-Ring to fail. Replace immediately if there are any tears, cracks, or nicks in the O-Ring. Clean the O-Ring with 70% ethanol using a Kimwipe.

MIC-107

Description

These sturdy plastic clamps provide a simple opening and closing/locking mechanism for the inlet and outlet ports of the Modular Incubator Chamber. The clamps are provided as a 10-pack.

HFS-2021

Description

The disc air filter has a hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane (pore size = 1.0 µm) and polypropylene (PP) housing suitable for drying and sterilizing gases for flushing the Modular Incubator Chamber. It has tapered hose barb connections that can accept 1/4″ to 3/8″ inner diameter tubing and is fully compatible with our clear tubing, TUB-516.

Our clear PVC tubing is manufactured in the US in a MedAccred Accredited and ISO 13485 Certified facility to our specifications using raw material compounding combined with closed-loop extrusion technologies to enable the consistency and quality required by regulatory requirements.

HCS-2020

Description

Placed inside the chamber during experiments, the Static Hot Filter captures 85-90% of radioactive gases. Any radioactive gases which have not had time to attach to the Static Hot Filter are trapped almost completely by the Exhaust Hot Filter during purging. Sold as a set of 5 Static and 5 Exhaust Hot Filters.
