How to Order Using the Online Store

Our online store accepts US domestic orders, as well as international orders for most countries outside the US. International customers may also purchase from our distributors, which could save you on import and customs fees. Inquire with our distributors to lean more.

  1. On the embrient.com website, navigate to your product of interest by using the product navigation menu at the top of our site.
  2. Use the “Add to Cart” button to add the product to the cart. This action will take you to the online store where you can adjust the quantity, enter notes and PO numbers, or check out. Use the “Continue Shopping” button if you wish to continue browsing products. Use the links at the bottom left of the store page to navigate back to the main website if needed.
  3. From the main website, you can navigate back to your cart at any time using the “Store” button in the top navigation menu. When you are ready to check out, use the “Check Out” button.
  4. On the check out page, fill in your customer details, including shipping and payment information, and any discount code you may have. If you are logged in, some of this information will be automatically filled. You can also choose to pay the total amount or pay in installments.
  5. Once you are ready, click “Pay Now” to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

NOTE: For domestic orders (US only) we do accept some orders with a Purchase Order number. Please see below for payment options or email us at info@embrient.com to learn more. All international orders must be prepaid either by Wire, Check, ACH, or Credit Card before an order can be processed for shipment.

  • Name of institution or company
  • Account number (if available)
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address
  • Catalog number and description
  • Quantity required
  • Name and email of purchasing agent
  • Name and email of the end user
  • Credit card number and expiration date or purchase order number
  • Quotation/Proforma Invoice number (if applicable)

Our online store accepts the following payment methods. All international orders must be prepaid either by Wire, Check, ACH, or Credit Card before an order can be processed for shipment.

  • Shipping – We process online shopping cart, email, and phone orders between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday. We make every effort to ship orders within 3-5 business days. Products are shipped to addresses in the USA by FedEx ground. International orders are processed within 5-7 business days and shipments are sent via FedEx International.
  • Damaged or missing items – Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of product to report any damaged or missing products.
  • Returns – We generally DO NOT accept returns due to safety reasons. Returns for unopened, unused, original packaging/sealed items may be requested. Returns are subject to inspections upon receiving. Refunds and adjustments are not guaranteed and may be denied upon completion of inspections. The refund/adjustments are processed 7-10 business days upon inspection. Once the Refund is initiated, it may take 7-14 business days to appear in the customer’s account depending on their financial institution. Please contact us to initiate any returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
